{"id":507,"date":"2013-01-14T11:49:36","date_gmt":"2013-01-14T17:49:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.travway.net\/?p=507"},"modified":"2013-01-14T11:49:36","modified_gmt":"2013-01-14T17:49:36","slug":"random-ranting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/travway.net\/index.php\/2013\/01\/14\/random-ranting\/","title":{"rendered":"Random Ranting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I might have to created a new &#8220;Manic Monday&#8221; category and put this under that moniker. \u00a0So here is what is ranting around in my mind.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 12px\">The US is probably going to have stricter gun laws after tomorrow. \u00a0Complete\u00a0stupidity\u00a0at its best. \u00a0The Obama administration (and its followers) doesn&#8217;t believe the average citizen needs rifles that could be classified as\u00a0assault\u00a0rifles. \u00a0Yet they have no problem arming Syrian,\u00a0Libyan, and Egyptian rebels&#8230; interesting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The whole\u00a0assault\u00a0rifle thing is stupid too. \u00a0&#8220;Assault&#8221; is an action not a description. \u00a0You can &#8220;assault&#8221; someone without a gun or with a handgun.<\/li>\n<li>Still someone tell me how punishing those that follow the law will help the situation?<\/li>\n<li>Enough on guns, what about the fix that is in for the Ravens. \u00a0It was pretty clear that the referee&#8217;s want a &#8220;Harbaugh&#8221; Super Bowl.<\/li>\n<li>I have been thinking about changing from a daily post to a weekly or a twice a week posting. \u00a0It is kind of hard to come up with enough material to write a post about each day. \u00a0Usually I can only muster 140 characters&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Had an\u00a0interesting\u00a0dream last night about a place I applied for once upon a time. \u00a0The funny thing is, it was sorta like I didn&#8217;t get into it because I forgot to do my homework. \u00a0(kinda)<\/li>\n<li>Sam, went on the potty with the aid of a chair. \u00a0Soon I am hoping we can get him to #2 on the potty and then really focus on getting him to tell us when he needs to go. He is only 15 months old (yesterday) but I really think that we can get him completely trained by his 2nd birthday. \u00a0That would be a huge win for us!<\/li>\n<li>It is annoying to have Facebook friends who continually go off and on Facebook. \u00a0I have about five of them, and only one of them probably has a legit reason to do this. \u00a0The other four, its annoying and will probably get you un-friended.<\/li>\n<li>Along those lines, I kinda keep track of who un-friends me, I lost two because of my anti Raven tweeting. \u00a0I think I am better off with out them&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Also along those lines Facebook is stupid<\/li>\n<li>Spoiler alert, next two posts will be blasts from the past.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I might have to created a new &#8220;Manic Monday&#8221; category and put this under that moniker. \u00a0So here is what is ranting around in my mind.
