Some of you may remember that Little Debbie produced a cake snack known as Tiger Cakes. It was a hexagon shaped snack cake (yellow I believe) covered with a fudge coating and had orange strips on it. It was the greatest thing Little Debbie produced aside from Nutty Bars.<\/p>\n
So as I sometimes do for other issues (See Iowa Needs a Waffle House), I sent a letter to McKee Foods Corporation in hopes that I can find a place to purchase them or get them produced again. They may be available in your area but there not in mine.<\/p>\n

Many years ago Little Debbie produced and sold a cake snack known as “Tiger Cakes” Recently (within the last few years) they have\u00a0disappeared\u00a0from the shelves of stores and been replaced with “Zebra Cakes”. In fact I recall the day that “Zebra Cakes” made their debut and I tried them and they were good, however “Tiger Cakes” were far superior to “Zebra Cakes” in my humble opinion.<\/p>\n
I am wondering if “Tiger Cakes” will ever be produced again or if they are just not available in my local market. I did some searching on your sites and could not find a place that they could be purchased online. Until they come back or until I can purchase them online, I will have to dream about what was the perfect snack.<\/p>\n
