Name<\/p>\n
It drives me nuts when I see some one put X-Mas. It is not “X”mas it’s Christ mas. After all it is when we celebrate the holy birth of our Saviour and his name was Jesus Christ and not\u00a0Malcolm\u00a0X or some variant with X in the name. Why is it that we try to take God out of a day that God gave us a gift. It’s not enough to make Christmas just “Santa Clause” (see below) and what not but now we have to call it “X-Mas”. Give me a break.<\/p>\n
Music<\/p>\n
I like the music,\u00a0specifically\u00a0songs\u00a0praising\u00a0the true meaning of Christmas, but it should be\u00a0federal\u00a0law that radio’s can not play Christmas music until the day after Thanksgiving. Again I like traditional songs, but sadly the stations that play holiday music all day long tend to “stay” away from those because they don’t want to offend some listeners. Funny, probably the next thing that will happen is in all the songs about santa and winter wonderland they will change Christmas to “X-Mas”.<\/p>\n
Santa<\/p>\n
I really don’t have a problem with this, its a minor deception that is as harmless as the Easter Bunny or Paul Bunyan. It becomes a problem when Santa replaces the true meaning of Christmas and that kids think that the whole purpose of Christmas is for them to get gifts and nothing to do with the birth of Jesus. That’s when I have a problem with it. When it is against a city\u00a0ordinance\u00a0to display a Nativity scene but perfectly ok to put Santa up with his Reindeer.<\/p>\n

To anyone who believes that God does not exist, I think that you and those alike you should run our\u00a0convenience\u00a0stores,\u00a0restaurants\u00a0 gas stations, and what not with out holiday pay.
