Dear Samuel,
Happy 1st Birthday buddy! This last year has went very fast and you have changed just as rapidly!
A year ago you were pretty much like Chloe was, helpless and reliant on us for everything. Now you are running through the house exploring and climbing up and over things you shouldn’t be. You wasted no time on baby food and went to table food as soon as we would let you. You eat way better than you sister ever did, but like her you hated baths at first and now you love them!
It goes without saying that we were very happy to have you come into our lives and family last year, and this time we had Chloe who was equally excited to meet you too!
I will always remember your first few moments in the world, and want you to know that I thanked God many times and still do for you.
