It is just weird; I have been trying to read some “leadership/management” books to help fulfill a career development goal that Russell has for its employees. The funny thing is that if I wish to grow with Russell or Spalding, I will have to move to Massachusetts or Alabama. Don’t think I would do it. Anyway the books I’ve been reading actually are not that bad, compared to some other ones I have been “encouraged” to read.
