Well it has been a while, and for good reasons. Some big projects at work have preoccupied a good share of my time. The good news is that they are mostly complete. Sad news is three new big projects are moving in, goody!

It is such a pleasure and joy to head to work early, not necessarily because of work (which I do enjoy), but because of the two minute walk to my car that I can bask in the greatness of God’s work. Birds are singing, the smell of spring is in the air, trees are budding, and God is putting on a great artwork show with the sunrise. There is nothing better to start a day in my humble opinion.

There is one other that is basking in the joy of spring, Gary. He has been convicted to watch the Robins that are close up to the window, letting his “Bengal” senses take him over. He loves to watch the birdies.

I have been committed to the Rose Festival again. Not that I did not want to be committed, it’s just the problem of prepping and planning. When it is all done and said, I will always be back at that place, where I feel satisfaction from doing good work.

I broke down and went to the dentist with Tress, for the first time in a long time. The last time was prior to our wedding, in which I walked away with sore gums which later turned in to a massive infection including swollen gums (up to the crowns), cancer sores, and all other un-pleasurable experiences. Needless to say this was the reason that I had not been back. While there they did a much better job than my previous dentist, but unfortunately it turns out I have my first cavity. I am going to have them review my x-ray because where the dentist showed me the cavity was, looked as normal as the next tooth. But then again, I did not go to dental school…
