Take out your terrible towels; Who-Dey has made a statement. No longer will the Steelers run the Bengals; no longer are the Bengals a push over team. No longer can the Steelers run it down the Bengals throat. No longer are the Steelers the sole contenders for the AFC North title. Who-Dey has spoken!

I was more than happy to see most of the game that I taped while I was at church. I was even happier that I was able to wear my Bengals tie to church and have the Bengals win! (2-2 with me wearing the tie) I made a big point to not look on the internet to view the game, or even get a glimpse of what was going on so I could come home and view the game on tape as if it was on right then and there. Tape stopped with about 8:20 in the fourth quarter, so I ended up having to look it up on the internet.

Saturday was my last board meeting with the Melbourne Library. I will miss being part of a fine organization but happy that I won’t have to deal with city hall any more. While we were having our board meeting it snowed ever so majestically. It was hard to stay focused.

As I walked to my mom’s house from the library I was reminded of my childhood and thought of all the times I had fun in the snow as a kid building snow forts, having snowball fights or sledding. All of that was whooshed away after I offered to shovel my mom’s driveway.

Ah what a wonderful week end this was…
