“No arsenal or no weapon in the arsenals of the world is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women.”
I was saddened to hear about the loss of a great American Leader by the name of Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States of America. I was only three months old when Ronald Reagan took office in 1981. I barely remember him as President as a child, however I have learned a great deal about him by researching and reading.
I won’t take a great deal of time at this, but I just want us to remember what Mr. Reagan has done for America while he was President
Strengthened our military, and increased the moral of our service men
Ushered in the end of the cold war, and the fall of communism in Europe and Russia
Dealt with terrorist the way they should be handled
Started a war on drugs in America (Just Say No!)
Set up the biggest American Economic boom period (by tax cuts)
Brought a divided Republican Party together again.
Ronald Reagan quite possibly could be one of the best Presidents of the 20th century, may his legacy live on forever.
