Dear Chloe,

Happy sixth birthday!  Hard to imagine that six years ago I got to hold you and see you for the very first time!

You learned some new verses this year to add to the ones you know.  Now you can recite; Luke 1:37, Isaiah 40:31, John 3:16, Psalms 10:16, 1 Samuel 2:2, John 14:1-2, Proverbs 30:5, Proverbs 3:5, Colossians 3:20, Ephesians 6:1-2, Philippians 4:13, Exodus 15:18, Philippians 2:14, Psalms 37:3, Ephesians 5:20, and Psalms 23.

I am particularly proud you learned Psalms 23 so quickly!  We are still working on the presidents and capitals, we have spent more time ensuring you knew versus and other practical things.

Do you remember going to Cincinnati to watch the Bengals beat the Packers!  You got to see WhoDey and play on some inflatable slides before the game.  Then we went and got ice cream at Graeters.  You also tried Cincinnati chili and liked it (sort of).

This year you are in Kindergarten and you love it!  You enjoy your teacher Mrs. Mikel and your classmates.  Last year we were hoping you could read and write by your sixth birthday.  You can write and recognize some words!  We will keep working on this!

This year you also got your ear’s pierced and lost two teeth!  Currently at the time of writing you have three more loose teeth as well.

What a fast year it has been for you, it only goes faster!

Happy Birthday Chloe, we love you very much!
