“Hold my staff minions! My call has gone through” Skeletor said.
“This is Commander Riker of the Federation Starship Enterprise, to whom am I speaking?” the voice on the other end said.
“I am Skeletor, Lord of Snake Mountain, soon to be Lord of Eternia and Master of the Universe. I demand an audience with Jean-Luc Picard!” Skeletor said.
“Captain Picard is a very busy man, I will see if he wants to talk to you” Commander Riker said.
Riker then walks to Captain Picard.
“Captain, we have an incoming transmission from a lifeform who calls himself Skeletor” Commander Riker said as he handed him his PADD.
“Ah yes, Skeletor.” Captain Picard said as he took the PADD.
“Goodness, it must have been thirty years ago since we last spoke.”
“An old acquaintance then?” Commander Riker inquired.
“Yes, from Cochrane Academy, thank you Number One, that will be all” Captain Picard said as Commander Riker left. He then picked the transmission from his PADD.
“Skeletor! Old friend, how are you doing?” Picard asked.
“Quite well, Jean-Luc, quite well. I see they made you captain now, congratulations Captain!” Skeletor said smugly.
“Thank you Skeletor, are you still messing around with that Greyskull stuff?” Captain Picard asked.
“Of course, Prince Adam and the likes of him keep me plenty busy.” Skeletor said. “But that is not the reason I reached out to you today. Do you remember our old dream to own a sports teams?”
Picard thought then replied, “Well of course, but that was ages ago friend.”
“Indeed.” Skeletor said. “The opportunity has presented itself for us to take over an NFL team and I wanted to know if I could still count on you to help run it.”
“While it would be a violation of the Prime Directive for me to run it, my crew and I will assist you in obtaining it. We shall head that way at once” Captain Picard said as he ended the transmission.
“Picard to Bridge” Captain Picard said as he activated his badge.
“Go ahead Captain” Commander Riker said.
“Set a course for Eternia, warp three, engage” Captain Picard ordered.
