Back from Kansas, found out how much I hate the current bread bag if you catch my drift. It was a safe trip, working getting pictures up. Did have positive talks with Maranatha, well see what happens

Heath and I talked about all sorts of things on our way back up. He developed a theory that I believe I accept, however we are going to scientifically test it thanks to the skills we learned at BVU.

Those people at BVU keep sending me “donate back to the college” letters. Every time I get one of these I cannot help but think, didn’t you guys get enough money out of me. I mean you guys did increase tuition on me and the rest of the students and now your asking alumni for money? What is worse is that they have these really expensive flyers that show three students on them, one is asking for the technology to help her BV experience better, one is asking for funds to help find a teacher to help him learn logic and theory, and the final one is help him so BV is more affordable to him through a financial aid program. I cannot believe this!

First for the girl who wants technology to help her experience better, don’t bother. If you’re in a center such as I was (and what the flyer claims it will benefit) you get what ever that college has to offer for technology, all other technology grants and donations go to benefit the Storm Lake folks. Mr. “I need to learn Logic and Theory”, well you can not be helped, because simple logic dictates that the centers get the raw end of the stick. But don’t worry because in the centers you get second rate teacher that have a tendency to make their students cry and leave early (don’t get me wrong, there were a lot of good teachers, but there were also equally enough that were bad). And to the dude who needs financial assistance, I never heard about these plans, no one offered a grant to me? In fact (not BV’s fault) because of the current Iowa Government (i.e. Vilsack) the Iowa Tuition grant was cut, and then BV (this one is there fault) raised tuition rates “modestly” 14%. Give me a break! The financial assistance must also be another Storm Lake benefit. Oh I suppose if I was a recipient of such a gift, I would be more than happy to give back to the program, but since I am a victim of their fundraising and raw end of the stick, they can buzz off.

Gary might have fleas, we bought him flea shampoo. He is not going to like it. What baffles me is that I was sure that we had him get a “magical” drop that fought fleas, ticks, and what not from the inside out. Another lie.

I am absolutely sick at the thought of John Kerry on Letterman cracking jokes about policies and what not. This just shows how out of touch with reality that this guy is. And this whole CBS thing, I think that Rather should be fired and CBS should be sold off to the public.
